Abstract in Russian:

This article describes the problems of increasing the welfare of Kyrgyzstan population at the modern stage. It shows the role of government social policy in this progress. This paper
shows income differentiation of the population and the ways that can help to reduce the difference. The rate of consumer price growth in comparison with the rate of wages growth is described.
The author examines the ratio between average wage per a month and subsistence wage in different years until 2007.
